The 765-kV substation will connect to long-distance transmission lines and will be integral in distributing electricity to regional networks, particularly for large-load customers. The project is expected to be energized in the coming years, subject to regulatory approval. Additionally, DB2RE is marketing 1,600 acres of surrounding land for future data center development.
