onsemi Launches GaNEXUS Power Portfolio for Enhanced Efficiency in AI and Robotics
onsemi has introduced the GaNEXUS™ gallium nitride power portfolio, targeting AI data centers and robotics applications. The initial offerings include GaNEXUS FETs with voltage ranges from 40V to 650V, designed to significantly improve efficiency and power density.

onsemi's new GaNEXUS™ portfolio includes gallium nitride devices sampling from 40V to 650V, aimed at enhancing power delivery in AI data centers, robotics, and energy systems. The GaNEXUS Smart 650V FETs incorporate integrated protection features for improved reliability.
This portfolio achieves efficiency improvements of 0.5-2% in low- and medium-voltage systems and up to 60% reduction in magnetics size for high-voltage applications. The combination with onsemi's Treo Platform allows for advanced power management solutions. As demands for compact power architectures rise, GaNEXUS addresses critical challenges in energy consumption and thermal management, potentially impacting the operational costs of AI data centers significantly.
