Orion S.A. has been awarded a Platinum rating by EcoVadis for its 2025 performance, placing it in the top 1% of assessed companies worldwide. EcoVadis evaluates organizations based on four criteria: environment, ethics, sustainable procurement, and labor and human rights. Additionally, Orizon, a Brazilian waste management company, is seeking approval from the national competition authority to acquire Vital, GBio, and Orbis from the Gama investment fund, which will result in Gama holding 30% of Orizon's share capital upon completion of the deal.
