Oroco Resource Reports Significant Copper Intersections at Santo Tomás Project
Oroco Resource Corp. announced initial results from its Phase 2 drilling program at Santo Tomás, confirming high-grade copper intersections of 228 m at 0.49% CuEq and 212 m at 0.44% CuEq. This phase aims to upgrade Inferred resources to Indicated classification, crucial for the upcoming Pre-Feasibility Study targeted for 2027.

Oroco Resource Corp. has completed 3,606 m of drilling in its Phase 2 program at the Santo Tomás project in Sinaloa, Mexico, with significant results from holes S022 and S023 indicating elevated grades. S022 intersected 228.55 m at 0.49% CuEq while S023 showed 212.33 m at 0.44% CuEq, confirming a higher-grade mineralization area.
The program is focused on upgrading resource classifications and gathering essential data for a Pre-Feasibility Study expected in Q2/Q3 2027. The ongoing exploration could enhance the project's viability, but it also carries risks related to resource estimation and market conditions.
