OWC, KLEM, and OEG Form Alliance for Offshore Wind Services in South Korea
A memorandum of understanding has been signed between OWC, KLEM, and OEG to enhance offshore wind operations in South Korea. This collaboration addresses the growing need for efficient and reliable balance of plant services as the country targets 25 GW of offshore wind capacity by 2035.

OWC, KLEM, and OEG have established a partnership to provide comprehensive offshore wind balance of plant operations and maintenance services in South Korea. KLEM will act as the main contractor, while OWC will offer technical assurance and asset management, and OEG will supply marine and subsea expertise.
The alliance aims to deliver a unified solution for offshore wind developers, optimize asset performance, and support the growth of the offshore wind sector. This strategic collaboration is essential as South Korea prepares to expand its offshore wind capacity significantly by 2035, increasing the demand for specialized operational support.
