Pacific Green Technologies is looking to sell up to 100% of its 4.25 gigawatt battery energy storage system platform in Australia, which encompasses 14 projects across four states. This move comes after the company sold its most advanced project to Palisade Investment Partners for $460 million last year. Pacific Green has enlisted Azure Capital to facilitate the sale, indicating that its current pipeline is more advanced than a previous offering from Firm Power in 2024, when AGL Energy invested $250 million.
