Pampa Initiates Data Center and Workforce Housing Projects
Pampa, Texas, has commenced construction on a multi-billion-dollar data center and adjacent workforce housing development. These projects aim to support an influx of approximately 650 construction workers and provide necessary housing for future employees.

Construction has begun on a data center in Pampa, Texas, with an anticipated operational date in late 2028 or early 2029. This facility, located near Highway 152, is expected to significantly impact local tax revenues and stimulate economic growth through related housing developments.
A workforce housing project, situated 15 miles from the data center, is being developed to accommodate the influx of workers. Pampa officials highlight the urgent need for additional housing, including apartments and townhouses, to support this growing workforce. The combined projects could enhance local economic cycles and attract further investment into the region.
