Pan Merchant Bhd (PMI) is expanding into high-growth industries, including water and wastewater treatment, sustainable fuels, and mining. The company is using funds from its IPO for capacity expansion and modernization.

For the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025, PMI reported a net profit of RM4.22 million, with a full-year net profit of RM5 million. Quarterly revenue was RM42.4 million, and full-year revenue reached RM129.8 million. An interim dividend of 0.20 sen per ordinary share has been declared, amounting to approximately RM1.8 million.
