Pantheon Infrastructure Allocates $55M to Terra-Gen Renewable Energy Initiative
Pantheon Infrastructure is set to invest $55 million in Terra-Gen, a key player in the U.S. renewable energy sector. This investment aims to bolster the electrification and decarbonization efforts in the U.S. power grid.

Pantheon Infrastructure will invest $55 million in the U.S.-based renewable energy company Terra-Gen via a co-investment vehicle managed by Igneo Infrastructure Partners. Terra-Gen operates approximately 4 GW of renewable energy capacity, primarily under long-term power purchase agreements.
The company is engaged in developing utility-scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects and has an additional pipeline of around 16 GW. Its primary operations are located in California, with projects also situated in Texas and New York. The investment underscores a growing focus on sustainable energy solutions in the U.S. market.
