The Town of Paradise is assessing two potential sites for a Wastewater Treatment Facility under the Paradise Sewer Project, located along the Skyway corridor near Crossroads and Media Way. The Subsequent Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) is currently being developed and is slated for public release in April 2026, with evaluations of environmental impacts and project alternatives.

This initiative aims to create a centralized wastewater system to enhance public health and groundwater protection. A 45-day public review period will follow the draft SEIR release, primarily impacting downtown Paradise and some residential areas.
