PayGreen Solar Portfolio Launches on Crowdbase; EU Hydrogen Projects Selected
PayGreen, a solar portfolio in Cyprus, has launched on Crowdbase, inviting EU investors to participate with a minimum of €2,500. Concurrently, nine hydrogen production projects have been selected by the European Commission, expected to produce over 1.3 million tonnes of hydrogen, supported by approximately €1.09 billion in funding.

PayGreen by EnergyIntel has launched a commercial solar portfolio on Crowdbase, enabling investment starting at €2,500. The portfolio includes nine installations totaling about 1.5 megawatts, with five currently operational.
Investors will receive dividends and share redemptions over a 15-year period, targeting an internal rate of return of 12%. In parallel, the European Commission has announced nine hydrogen projects that are projected to yield nearly 1.1 gigawatts of electrolyser capacity, receiving €1.09 billion in EU funding.
These projects aim to enhance Europe's industrial competitiveness and support a clean energy transition. Risks associated with investments in both solar and hydrogen sectors persist, including capital loss.
