Pembina Pipeline Advances $425 Million in Expansion Projects in British Columbia and Alberta
Pembina Pipeline Corp. has approved two pipeline expansion projects in British Columbia and Alberta, despite a dip in fourth-quarter earnings for 2025. The company's earnings fell to $489 million from $572 million year-over-year, with revenue decreasing from $2.15 billion to $1.91 billion. The expansions represent a total investment of $425 million and are expected to be operational next year. One project involves a $310-million pipeline in British Columbia, while the other is a $115-million connection from Taylor to Gordondale in Alberta.

Pembina Pipeline Corp. will proceed with two pipeline expansion projects in British Columbia and Alberta, totaling $425 million. The projects are expected to come into service in 2026. The first project includes a 95-kilometre pipeline in British Columbia, costing $310 million, capable of transporting 120,000 barrels per day of natural gas liquids.
The second project is a $115-million pipeline connecting Taylor, B.C., to a pump station in Gordondale, Alberta. The company reported fourth-quarter earnings of $489 million for 2025, down from $572 million, with revenue decreasing from $2.15 billion to $1.91 billion.
