Petro-Victory Boosts Brazil Oil Production by 128% in First Year at Capixaba Energia
Petro-Victory Energy Corp. significantly increased oil production at Capixaba Energia in Brazil by 128% in its inaugural year. The company's strategic focus on workovers and optimization reduced production costs by 37%, emphasizing the potential of mature field operations in enhancing resource extraction efficiency.

In its first operational year at Capixaba Energia, Petro-Victory Energy Corp. reported a 128% increase in oil production, rising from 256 bpd to 583 bpd, and a 471% increase in natural gas production. Production costs declined to $16.30/bbl from $25.80/bbl, achieving a 37% reduction.
The partnership with Blue Oak Investments, established in April 2025, focuses on mature Brazilian onshore assets. An intensive workover campaign evaluated over 20 wells, confirming new commercial horizons and validating three wells as productive.
The project achieved a 98.7% operational efficiency, generating R$17 million in free cash flow, which was reinvested into further optimization efforts. The results indicate a strong case for prioritizing existing infrastructure and workovers in extracting value from mature fields.
