PGE Gains Full Ownership of 350MW Baltic II Offshore Wind Farm in Poland
Polska Grupa Energetyczna (PGE) has acquired RWE's stake in the Baltic II offshore wind farm, making it the sole owner. The project, located 50 km from shore near Ustka, has a planned capacity of 350MW. The transfer includes an Environmental Decision for an adjacent site. RWE maintains its offshore wind growth strategy despite the sale.

Polska Grupa Energetyczna (PGE) has acquired RWE's stake in the Baltic II offshore wind farm, becoming its sole owner. The wind farm, planned to have a capacity of 350MW, is located approximately 50 km from the Polish shore, north of Ustka.
The transaction included the transfer of an Environmental Decision and data for the adjacent wind site 44.E.1. RWE operates 19 offshore wind farms across five countries, totaling 6.2GW capacity, and has four projects under construction which will add 4.8GW capacity to its portfolio once completed.
