The MSME Laboratory at Université Gustave Eiffel is recruiting a PhD candidate for a project focused on modeling and simulating hydrogen transport and damage in clay rocks. Candidates must be either EU citizens or non-EU citizens currently residing in France.

They should possess or be completing a Master's degree in civil engineering, mechanics, or a related field. A strong foundation in solid mechanics and skills in programming and numerical simulation are necessary. Candidates with experience in fracture mechanics and fluid transport in porous media will be preferred.
