Pimesa has pre-adjudicated land in Elche to PLD Space for 2.8 million euros at Porta d'Elx and Novagrid for 3.6 million euros at the future Parque Empresarial expansion. PLD Space plans to build a factory for Miura 5 rockets on over 495,000 square meters, pending urbanization and approval from the Generalitat due to the land's rustic classification.

They have 180 days post-adjudication to secure necessary permits. Novagrid will manage seven plots totaling 102,351 square meters, but is awaiting the completion of land reallocation for sector E-49 before urbanization can begin. Novagrid has 90 days to finalize the land purchase once awarded and one year to apply for construction licenses.
