PMW International Bhd has entered into a partnership with the Sarawak Timber Industry Development Corporation (STIDC) to build a concrete piles and poles manufacturing facility in Tanjung Manis, Sarawak. STIDC will acquire a 20% stake in PMW Winabumi (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd through a land contribution valued at RM12.5 million.
PMW will maintain an 80% ownership and control of the subsidiary. The plant's production capacity is projected to rise from approximately 230,267 tonnes to 358,467 tonnes by Q4 2027.
