Podium Minerals has appointed Neal Froneman as non-executive chairperson and Gary Humphries as executive director. Froneman, previously CEO of Sibanye-Stillwater, brings over 40 years of mining experience.

His appointment aligns with leadership changes aimed at advancing the Park Reef project, which hosts the largest platinum resource in Australia. The project has 183 million tonnes of mineral resources, including 7.6 million ounces of PGMs at an average grade of 1.30 g/t. Rod Baxter transitions to MD and CEO as the company aims to unlock the value of Parks Reef.
