Poland and EU to Distribute Billions in Grants for R&D and Clean Energy Innovations
In March, NCBR, PARP, and the European Commission will distribute grants to support R&D and innovative technology development. The SMART Path competition returns for large companies with PLN 350 million available for dual-use technologies. Young companies can apply for PLN 30 million in grants, while research and industry consortia can compete for PLN 20 million for synthetic fuel projects. The Clean Hydrogen Partnership offers €105 million for hydrogen technology projects. Additionally, SMEs can receive funding for intellectual property registrations.

In March, Poland's National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR) and the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) will distribute grants for research and development and innovative technologies. The SMART Path competition will have PLN 350 million for large firms focusing on dual-use technologies, with applications open from March 23 to May 22.
Young companies can apply for PLN 30 million in grants until April 2, while research-industrial consortia can seek PLN 20 million for low-emission fuels by April 10. The Clean Hydrogen Partnership, funded by the EU, offers €105 million for hydrogen technology projects. SMEs can also apply for funding for intellectual property registrations until December 4.
