Pond Robinson & Associates Introduces Data Center Advisory Platform to Address Power Demand Challenges
Pond Robinson & Associates has launched a data center advisory platform to assist industry stakeholders in securing power amid rising demand. This initiative comes as U.S. data center power needs are expected to exceed 100 gigawatts by 2035.

Pond Robinson & Associates has initiated a new data center advisory platform aimed at hyperscalers, developers, and investors. The platform is designed to address increasing power demands projected to rise from 35 gigawatts in 2024 to over 100 gigawatts by 2035, largely due to the expansion of AI infrastructure.
In Texas, large-load interconnection requests have surpassed 230 gigawatts, with data centers representing over 70% of this demand. U.S. data center investments are also set to increase from nearly $299 billion in 2025 to $494 billion by 2031.
The advisory services provided include power analysis, risk evaluation, and scalability planning, focusing on reducing execution risk and improving investment outcomes. This approach is crucial as early decisions impact timelines and costs significantly.
