PowerBridge, LLC appointed Debra L. Raggio as Executive Vice President and General Counsel, effective February 2, 2026. She will oversee legal, regulatory, environmental, government affairs, and communications, reporting to CEO Alejandro Hernandez. PowerBridge develops gigawatt-scale data center campuses in North America and received a $1 Billion equity commitment from FivePoint Infrastructure in May 2025.
