PowerHouse Completes First Data Center Building in Irving, Texas
PowerHouse has topped out its first data center building in Irving, Texas, marking a significant milestone in its expansion. The facility is set to support 201MW of power across approximately 900,000 sq ft, enhancing the data infrastructure in the region.

PowerHouse has announced the topping out of its first building at the Irving campus in Dallas, Texas, with a total capacity of 201MW across three two-story structures. The project, developed in partnership with Harrison Street Asset Management, covers approximately 900,000 sq ft and is located at 111 Customer Way.
This facility was previously a distribution warehouse owned by Neiman Marcus before being acquired by Provident in 2021, which aimed to expand the site. PowerHouse, established in 2022, has multiple projects under development across various states, with a total pipeline exceeding 6GW of capacity. The ongoing data center expansion reflects the growing demand for data infrastructure in the region.
