PowerHouse Data Centers Signs Long-Term Lease at Arcola Campus in Virginia
PowerHouse Data Centers has secured a long-term hyperscale lease at its Arcola campus in Loudoun County, Virginia, which will feature two data center buildings totaling 615,000 square feet and support up to 120 MW of utility capacity. Funded by AREP Strategic Opportunity Fund III, the development aims to bolster Northern Virginia's data center capabilities for AI and cloud infrastructure while pursuing LEED BD+C certification and providing direct fiber connectivity to major interconnection platforms.
