Prime Data Centers to Build €1.8 Billion Data Center in Järvenpää, Finland
Prime Data Centers is set to invest €1.8 billion in an AI-ready data center in Järvenpää, Finland, in collaboration with Brunswick Real Estate. The 12-hectare facility, which will incorporate waste heat recovery and connect to the local heating network, is expected to begin construction in 2027, pending environmental assessments and permits. This project marks Prime's expansion into Europe, with additional developments planned in Denmark and Spain.

Prime Data Centers is expanding into Finland with plans for an AI-ready data center in Järvenpää's Vähänummi industrial area. The development, in collaboration with Brunswick Real Estate, will occupy a 12-hectare plot and aims for a €1.8 billion investment.
Construction is set to begin in 2027, pending environmental assessments and permits. The project includes waste heat recovery and potential connection to the local heating network. Prime also plans to expand in Europe with projects in Denmark and Spain.
