Prime Data Centers to Establish Large Data Center in Esbjerg Kommune, Denmark
Prime Data Centers has announced plans to acquire 640,000 m² in Esbjerg Kommune, Denmark, to build a scalable data center. The initial phase includes 160 MW IT capacity with an investment of approximately 15 billion DKK, expandable to 550 MW IT. The project is part of Esbjerg's strategy to become a leading digital infrastructure hub in Northern Europe, creating hundreds of jobs during construction and 150-200 permanent roles. The project will require collaboration with Energinet for power infrastructure development.
