Prologis aims to invest between €7 billion and €8 billion in developing 20 potential data centers from 2028 to 2030. The company will leverage its existing logistics sites, which are well-positioned for data center development. The European pipeline includes 11 sites in Italy, Spain, France, the Netherlands, and Germany, with a total IT capacity of approximately 700 MW.
