Protestors Demonstrate Against ICE at Planned $3 Billion AI Data Center in North Dakota

A protest involving a dozen anti-ICE demonstrators occurred at the site of a $3 billion AI data center in Harwood, North Dakota, following reports of ICE enforcement sightings. The protest was organized in response to rumors that Vice President J.D.

Vance was visiting Fargo to tour the site. Vance recently defended an ICE officer involved in the shooting of a Minnesota mother during a demonstration. Protestors displayed signs advocating for 'Justice for all ICE victims' while construction of the data center, approved by the Harwood City Council in September, continues. Fargo Police Chief Dave Zibolski addressed the ICE operations in the city.
