PSS Industrial Group and Cross Country Infrastructure Services have merged to form PSS Cross Country Infrastructure Solutions. The new entity will support construction and maintenance of critical infrastructure across the U.S. with a national footprint of over 40 locations.

PSS Cross Country will provide specialized equipment rental, service, and operational expertise, enhancing their capacity to meet customer needs in energy, renewable, utilities, mining, and data center sectors. PSSI CEO Phillip Goodwin will lead the new organization, with Cross Country CEO John James serving as President of Equipment.
