PT Puradelta Lestari and PT Jababeka Set Ambitious Sales Targets for 2026
PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk. aims for Rp2.08 trillion in pre-sales for 2026, driven by strong industrial land demand. Meanwhile, PT Jababeka Tbk. sets a marketing sales target of Rp3.75 trillion, focusing on the Kendal Industrial Area amid global economic uncertainties.

PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk. (DMAS) targets Rp2.08 trillion in pre-sales for 2026, significantly higher than 2025 figures, supported by robust demand for industrial land, particularly from data centers. As of Q1 2026, DMAS achieved marketing sales of Rp561.43 billion, representing 27% of its annual target.
PT Jababeka Tbk. (KIJA) also aims for Rp3.75 trillion in marketing sales, achieving Rp540 billion by Q1 2026, about 14% of its target. Demand remains driven by foreign investors, particularly from Asia.
Both companies are focusing on enhancing their infrastructure and diversifying offerings to ensure growth amid geopolitical uncertainties. The ongoing interest in data centers is expected to bolster long-term investment in these sectors.
