PyroGenesis Reports Revenue Decline in 2025 Amid Technological Advancements
PyroGenesis Inc recorded a 21% revenue drop in Q4 2025, totaling $3.3 million, with a full-year revenue of $12.6 million, down 19.7% from 2024. Despite financial setbacks, the company made strides in plasma technology and aims to leverage these advancements for future revenue growth.

For the full year ending December 31, 2025, PyroGenesis Inc reported revenue of $12.6 million and a net loss of $14.8 million. The fourth quarter reflected a 21% decrease in revenue year-on-year, amounting to $3.3 million, alongside a net loss of $5.2 million.
Despite these challenges, the company made advancements in plasma torch efficiency, achieving energy savings of up to 45% compared to diesel burners. PyroGenesis has also expanded its applications into battery recycling and plastic waste processing, securing partnerships with Norsk Hydro and Constellium.
As of March 31, 2026, the order backlog stands at $47.8 million. The ongoing focus on innovation and strategic initiatives is expected to bridge the gap between technical progress and revenue generation.
