Q2 Metals to Release Inferred Resource for Cisco Lithium Project in Quebec
Q2 Metals is set to announce its first inferred mineral resource estimate for the Cisco lithium project, potentially ranking it among the top 10 global lithium deposits. This project is crucial for North America's lithium supply chain as it aims to define resources and mitigate project risks ahead of further assessments.

Q2 Metals (QTWO-X) will soon release an inferred mineral resource estimate for the Cisco lithium project in Quebec, which may rank in the top 10 lithium deposits globally. The exploration target for July 2025 indicates a resource of 215 to 329 million tonnes with lithium oxide grades between 1.0% and 1.38%.
Recent drilling results include drill hole 44, which reported 457.4 metres at 1.65% Li₂O, and drill hole 73, yielding 170.2 metres at 1.99% Li₂O. The company's 2026 drilling program aims for resource definition and risk reduction before a preliminary economic assessment. The project's success could significantly impact the regional lithium supply chain and meet growing demand.
