Qair Brasil has launched an BRL 80 billion industrial hub project in Ceará, which will include 30 industrial lots and connections to 500 kV and 230 kV substations. A significant element of the hub is the Grand Réseau hyper-scale data center, which will be powered by renewable energy from Qair's offshore and onshore wind and solar projects.

The project is set to unfold over the next 20 years in phases, depending on demand, while Qair collaborates with partners on various operational aspects. The initiative focuses on enhancing the business environment for hydrogen, ammonia, data centers, and batteries, avoiding competition with real estate or the Export Processing Zone (ZPE).
