Qcells Partners with Jabil for Battery Production in Michigan
Qcells collaborates with Jabil to produce residential energy storage systems in Michigan, enhancing domestic supply chains. The Q.HOME CORE G3 system is now available for nationwide distribution.

Qcells is set to manufacture residential energy storage systems in Michigan through a partnership with Jabil. The new Q.HOME CORE G3, an LFP battery storage system, is assembled at Jabil's Auburn Hills facility and is now commercially available for shipment across the U.S.
This initiative aims to create an integrated solar-plus-storage supply chain, combining solar panels from Georgia with battery systems from Michigan. Jabil, experienced in solar and storage markets, has previously collaborated with companies such as Power Electronics and SolarEdge. This collaboration may bolster domestic manufacturing and job creation while promoting clean energy adoption.
