QTS Files Application for 2 Million Sq Ft Data Center ATL2 East in Georgia

QTS Eastwood, LLC filed a Development of Regional Impact application for ATL2 East, a 2 million sq ft data center in Fayetteville, Georgia. The project is on a 313-acre site and may be completed by 2029.
QTS has two existing campuses in Georgia and is also developing Project Excalibur, which will encompass 6.6 million sq ft of data center space across 16 buildings. QTS acquired the land in August 2022 for $153.8 million.
