Quad/Graphics Inc. has sold a surplus production facility at its Sussex campus to Generac Power Systems Inc. for $20 million. The two-story, 200,000-square-foot building, located at N64 W23110 Main St., was sold to address underutilization as Quad shifted administrative functions to other locations.

Generac, based in Waukesha, has been expanding to meet increasing demand for its products, particularly in data center development, and plans to utilize the facility for its operations. Generac reported $184 million in earnings on $3.1 billion in sales through Q3 2025. Quad remains operational at its other Wisconsin sites and employs approximately 4,500 people in the state.
