RadiusDC Acquires phoenixNAP's Phoenix Data Center and Colocation Business
RadiusDC has signed an agreement to acquire phoenixNAP's Phoenix data center and colocation business, with the deal expected to close in Q2 2026. The acquisition includes the existing colocation facility and development rights for future expansion, establishing the Phoenix I campus. RadiusDC plans to increase IT power capacity to 8 megawatts and develop a second facility to support an additional 18 megawatts by 1H 2028. phoenixNAP will retain 80% of its global business independently.

RadiusDC will acquire phoenixNAP's Phoenix data center and colocation business, with the transaction closing in Q2 2026, pending regulatory approvals. The deal includes the existing facility and development rights for future expansion, creating the Phoenix I campus.
RadiusDC will expand the current facility to 8 megawatts and develop a second facility supporting up to 18 megawatts of critical capacity, expected to be operational by 1H 2028. phoenixNAP will continue to operate 80% of its global business independently and remain a tenant in the facility. This acquisition enhances RadiusDC's presence in key U.S. markets.
