Recon Technology, Ltd reported a total revenue of RMB85.0 million ($12.2 million) for the six months ending December 31, 2025, marking a 102.2% increase from RMB42.0 million ($5.8 million) in the same period of 2024. Gross profit rose to RMB28.5 million ($4.1 million), with a gross margin of 33.5%.

The net loss narrowed to RMB7.2 million ($1.0 million) from RMB20.7 million ($3.0 million) year-over-year. The revenue boost was driven by successful execution of overseas oilfield projects and a recovery in domestic production. The company is also progressing on its plastic chemical recycling project, set for completion by July 2026.
