Reliance Industries Signs $3 Billion Green Ammonia Supply Agreement with Samsung C&T for 15 Years
Reliance Industries has signed a binding 15-year agreement with South Korea's Samsung C&T to supply green ammonia, valued at over $3 billion. Deliveries are set to commence in the second half of fiscal year 2029. This deal is among the largest long-term green ammonia agreements globally, supporting the demand for low-carbon fuels in countries like Japan and South Korea. Reliance is also developing a clean-energy manufacturing ecosystem, including solar modules and electrolysers, as part of its $10 billion investment in renewable energy and hydrogen.
