Renergy Group to Develop $1 Billion Hyperscale Green Data Center in Sinai, Egypt
Renergy Group plans to establish a $1 billion hyperscale green data center in El Tor, Sinai, as part of a $17 billion hybrid renewables project. This facility, covering 10,000 square meters with plans to expand to 500,000 square meters, aims to produce 400,000 tons of liquid green hydrogen annually for export to Europe. The project will utilize solar power and energy storage, set on a site of 127 square kilometers with a 4-kilometer Red Sea coastline.

The project aims for an annual production of 400,000 tons of liquid green hydrogen for European export, commencing with a phase producing 160,000 tons. The initiative spans 127 square kilometers with a 4-kilometer coastline, and is backed by comprehensive technical studies confirming site suitability for construction.
