Renewable Energy Facility and Storage Systems Planned in Opole, Poland
A renewable energy facility with a capacity of 450 kWp and energy storage systems will be developed in Opole by 2027, enhancing energy independence and digital infrastructure security. This project is part of Opole's Urban Development Strategy until 2043 and is expected to save around 30,000 PLN monthly.

An investment exceeding 4 million PLN for a renewable energy facility in Opole is set to include photovoltaic installations, energy storage with a capacity of 1488 kWh, and a management system for energy integration. The completion is targeted for Q2 2027, aligned with the city’s development strategy.
The project aims to generate significant cost savings and support local technology initiatives. Additionally, the Park Naukowo-Technologiczny will utilize a 42 million PLN EU grant to enhance ICT technologies. This hub will serve micro, small, and medium enterprises, establishing a strong technological ecosystem in the region.
