REV Exploration Corp. has completed its largest capital raise, securing $5.8 million through private placements, including a $2 million lead order from Eric Sprott, who now owns approximately 12.6% of the company. The firm has increased its stake in MAX Power Mining Corp. to 5.0% by exercising 2 million common share purchase warrants.
REV is preparing for Q1 drilling at its Aden Dome Project in southeast Alberta, which is targeted for Natural Hydrogen exploration. The project lies along a geological belt extending from Saskatchewan to Montana. Additionally, REV has acquired a land package of about 52,000 hectares in the Chibougamau Gold Camp in Northern Quebec, which includes the drill-ready JMW Property, while exploring further strategic opportunities.
