Rishabh Software has announced the spin-off of its design engineering division into Rishabh Pro Engineering Services Private Limited, effective January 6, 2026. This transition aims to enhance the company's focus on delivering multidisciplinary design engineering services to industries including Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Chemicals, Cryogenics, Petrochemicals, Green Hydrogen, and Power.

The new independent entity will improve specialization and agility, allowing for better responsiveness to complex engineering needs. Founded in 2006, the division has established a strong reputation over two decades.

Rishabh Pro Engineering Services will offer future-ready solutions in process, detailed, and skid engineering, alongside piping stress and structural analysis services. The transition includes a refreshed visual identity, aligning with the company's global outlook and advanced digital capabilities.
