Riverhook Village Datacenter to Invest R$ 5 Billion in Pindamonhangaba
Riverhook Village plans to invest over R$ 5 billion in a datacenter in Pindamonhangaba, generating 1,000 construction jobs and 150 permanent positions by June 2028. This significant investment aims to enhance the local technological sector and economic growth.

Pindamonhangaba will host the Riverhook Village datacenter, which is set to begin construction in October 2026. The project involves an investment exceeding R$ 5 billion, creating over 1,000 jobs during construction and 150 permanent roles upon operational commencement in June 2028.
Factors influencing the site selection include strategic location between São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, proximity to Minas Gerais, and local incentives for businesses. The municipality secured an initial energy capacity of 150 megawatts for the datacenter, with potential expansion to 300 megawatts. The development will occupy over 500,000 square meters within the Via Estrutural area, contributing to Pindamonhangaba's economic transformation.
