Robosys Enhances VOYAGER AI with Dynamic Positioning for Offshore Wind Operations
Robosys Automation has integrated Dynamic Positioning capabilities into its VOYAGER AI platform, enhancing the operational efficiency of autonomous offshore operations. This development is part of Project ORACLES, aimed at optimizing environmental data collection for offshore wind projects.

Robosys Automation, in collaboration with ACUA Ocean and Sleipner, has successfully integrated Dynamic Positioning (DP) into its VOYAGER AI Autonomous Navigation System. This integration was tested on ACUA Ocean's 14-meter uncrewed surface vessel, Pioneer, enhancing maneuverability and precision control.
The addition of DP functionality supports precise vessel positioning in adverse conditions, improving data collection and operational efficiency for offshore applications. Project ORACLES aims to transform environmental consenting processes for offshore wind, leveraging autonomous vessels and advanced technologies. As the offshore wind sector grows, these advancements in vessel autonomy could significantly reduce costs and enhance safety in monitoring operations.
