Rock Tech Acquires Victory Project to Bolster Ontario Lithium Supply Chain
Rock Tech Lithium has signed an option agreement to acquire the 100% interest in the 9,875-hectare Victory Project in Ontario, enhancing its lithium exploration portfolio. This acquisition aims to support the province's electric vehicle ecosystem and advanced manufacturing sectors by potentially providing a local source of lithium feedstock.

Rock Tech Lithium has entered into an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Victory Project, a 9,875-hectare lithium exploration property located in Northwestern Ontario, with payments totaling CAD $600,000 in cash and CAD $400,000 in common shares over 24 months. The Victory Project features two known spodumene-bearing pegmatite occurrences, with selective sampling yielding values of up to 5.11% Li₂O.
Its strategic location near key infrastructure, including the Trans-Canada Highway, aligns with Rock Tech's broader Ontario lithium supply chain strategy. Successful exploration could lead to additional spodumene feedstock, reinforcing North American critical minerals security. The project represents potential growth opportunities for the company but remains at an early exploration stage, needing further assessment to establish mineral resources.
