Roger Süess has been elected president of the Swiss Data Center Association (SDCA) after Sergio Milesi's five-year tenure. Süess, who is CEO of Green Datacenter AG, intends to emphasize the importance of data centers as vital digital infrastructure in Switzerland.

The SDCA's board also underwent changes, with Heiko Siats leaving for a new position in Germany. New members Urs Bürgisser from Equinix and Nicola Moresi from Moresi.com were elected, while Roger Semprini was re-elected as Group CCO at Vaultica. The SDCA added 14 new members last year, including operators from technology, energy, and service sectors.
