Roosevelt Roads to Transform into Mixed-Use Development with Spaceport and Marina in Ceiba, Puerto Rico

Key projects include a Vertical Space Launch Facility with an estimated cost of $750 million to $1 billion, expected to begin construction in 2027, and infrastructure improvements for water and sanitary systems slated for bids in early 2027. Community projects funded by FEMA will also enhance local facilities.
