Ørsted Engages MBA Students in Offshore Wind Education in Denmark
Ørsted hosted Executive Offshore Wind MBA students from Gdynia Maritime University to enhance practical knowledge in offshore wind.

Ørsted facilitated an annual study visit for Executive Offshore Wind MBA students from Gdynia Maritime University in Esbjerg, Denmark. This collaboration, active for four years, emphasizes practical learning in offshore wind operations.
Students toured Ørsted's large-components warehouse, gaining insights into logistics supporting European wind farms, and learned about the Baltica 2 project, the largest offshore wind farm under construction in Poland. The visit also included a tour of the spare-parts warehouse, highlighting essential components for wind farm reliability. Developing leadership in offshore wind is crucial for project management and operations in this complex sector.
