Sagtec Global Signs Data Center Management Agreement in Southeast Asia
Sagtec Global Limited has signed a management agreement with Viryatec Limited to oversee a planned AI data center in Malaysia, projected to generate $10 million in revenue over three years. This move highlights the growing investment in data center infrastructure in Southeast Asia, particularly in Malaysia.

Sagtec Global Limited (NASDAQ:SAGT) will manage a planned AI data center for Viryatec Limited in Malaysia under a new management agreement. The engagement is expected to yield approximately $10 million in revenue during a 36-month period, contingent on final agreements and project execution.
Services provided will encompass operational management, infrastructure monitoring, performance optimization, preventive maintenance, security management, and customer support. The data center is designed to meet the increasing demand for AI computing and cloud hosting in Southeast Asia.
As reported in CBRE's 2026 Asia Pacific Data Centre Trends & Outlook Report, the region saw direct investments of $11.6 billion in data centers in 2025, with Malaysia noted as a key growth market. This partnership could enhance Sagtec's service portfolio and recurring revenue streams.
