Sama Resources and Ivanhoe Electric have initiated a regional exploration program for 2026 at the Samapleu-Grata Nickel-Copper Project in Côte d'Ivoire. The joint venture aims to identify new high-grade polymetallic mineralization across over 20 untested electromagnetic targets within the 879 km² area. Drilling will start in February 2026, focusing on the Glanlé and Zoupleu permits, while environmental and social baseline studies are also being conducted to support future development.

Sama Resources Inc. and Ivanhoe Electric Inc. have begun a regional exploration program for 2026 at the Samapleu-Grata Nickel-Copper Project in Côte d'Ivoire. The project is a 60/40 joint venture, with Sama as the operator.
The program will target over 20 high-priority electromagnetic targets to discover new polymetallic mineralization. Drilling is set to start in early February 2026, focusing on the Glanlé and Zoupleu permits.
Environmental and social baseline studies are advancing concurrently to facilitate future project development. Recent discoveries at the Mossikro Prospect validate the exploration model and support the district-scale potential of the project.
